Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • with tags, if any.
  • in its original packaging.

Note: We do not accept any returns if the product has been wornΒ over skin for hygiene purposes.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

No returns are accepted on used products for hygiene purposes.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Fees

No return fees will be applicable inΒ case of damaged products, size sent other than that which was ordered, or incorrect product sent. For any other reasons for returns, there will be an AED 15 return fee which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit which can be used on the same product or different products.
